The concept of a Venetian romance is ripe with Old World glamour and sophistication. Venice is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, with a rich history steeped in tradition, culture, and love. In its lagoon stands a fascinating location with a historical and exclusive character – Belmond Hotel Cipriani – which provided the perfect place to celebrate the love of this magnificent American couple.

What unfolds is a stunning wedding editorial shoot filled with inspiration for stylish couples jetting off to Italy to experience their own Venetian romance via a luxury destination wedding or elopement.

In this stylized shoot, designed and planned by Central Italy Wedding, the bride wears a sultry, yet minimal wedding dress designed and tailor-made by Paolo Corona. Three-quarter sleeves and a large opening on the back that ends with a belt of ostrich feathers are crafted in varying shades of champagne.

Bella Belle shoes (also known as “the 12-hour wedding shoe”), Venetian-inspired jewels designed by Salvadori Diamond Atelier, and the talent of Letizia Cordella Makeup complete the fashionable bridal ensemble that enhances her ebony complexion.

This Venetian romance is represented by the concepts of sobriety and modernity, which are perfectly visible in the stationery made by Plume Calligraphy – not to mention, the enchanting work of Daisy Studio who designed a bridal bouquet with lush blooms in light shades of pink. It added just the right pop of color to the otherwise muted shades of the city.

The day ended with a tour of the lagoon aboard a brand new Riva "Love," until it reached Piazza San Marco and the most beautiful and romantic views of the city. The photographic direction of Venetian Romance was coordinated by Federico Lanuto Photography, while the video direction was conducted by Waterfall Visual Videography.
