A: The St. Regis, with its architectural beauty and timeless elegance, provides an ideal setting for an elegant wedding. GO: When is your busiest time of year, and how far in advance should couples book if they hope to secure a date during those months?
A: Our busy season typically runs in the spring, from April-June, and the fall, from September-December. We recommend booking around one year in advance of your event.
GO: What is the capacity limit? Exclusivity?
A: The ballroom has a capacity of 150 guests with a dance floor. We focus on one couple at a time – always exclusive!
GO: Are accommodations and hotel buyouts available?
A: We offer exclusivity for our couples in the ballroom and terrace space. A Buyout of our restaurant, Alhambra, is available as well as the entire hotel or a room block.
GO: Are onsite wedding planners available for the wedding process?
A: Our Wedding Specialist is there to assist the couple from the moment of booking until the execution of the wedding.
GO: What indoor/outdoor event spaces are available for wedding ceremonies and receptions?
A: Our outdoor terrace sits adjacent to the ballroom and is typically the choice for the wedding ceremony. We are always prepared for indoor spaces in the event of inclement weather.

A: Located in the heart of downtown D.C., our concierge team can assist with any planning of special activities throughout the city.
GO: Food is such an important element at a wedding; tell us about your wedding menu customization options.
A: Our menu offers an array of options that can be customized to a clients desire. We offer a Sabrage package, allowing either our staff, the bride or groom, or a special guest to sabre bottle of Champagne to toast. A popular item as of late is the Affogato Bar.
