A: We have the most private and exclusive venue that is oceanfront, that no other venues offer. There are stunning photo ops surrounding our venue, such as Honolua Jungle, Labyrinth, and Lava flow by the ocean to name a few. GO: How far in advance does a couple need to reserve a wedding date?
A: Average booking window for destination weddings is 8 to 12 months prior.
GO: Are onsite wedding planners available for the wedding process? Day of?
A: We offer onsite wedding planners to assist our wedding couples and guests with everything they need for their wedding. This is to include day of coordination.
GO: Are accommodations and buyouts available? What is the capacity limit?
A: We offer room blocks as well as hotel buyouts. Maximum capacity is 1,000 guests for guest rooms for buyouts.
GO: What spaces are available for ceremonies and receptions? Indoor & Outdoor?
A: Our most popular venue for wedding ceremonies is The Beach House Lawn, which is our oceanfront lawn. Receptions also can be held at the Beach House Lawn. For guests who are interested in indoor receptions, we have The Plantation Ballroom, The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom, and the Aloha Garden Pavilion which is an indoor/outdoor venue.
GO: What are some of the amenities, incentives and activities that The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua offers a couple?
A: We offer many onsite activities, such as coastal and labyrinth hikes, as well as a Hawaiian cultural tour. Couples can enjoy spa treatments and the most popular treatment is a couple’s massage at a private hale.

A: Our talented culinary team is keen to current food trends. They incorporate local grown produce and fresh catches into all the food. We consult with each couple to find out their preferences, so we may customize their meals.
