Eau Palm Beach – a bit of pleasure where “effortless living and relaxed luxury meet.” This resort and spa, located in Manalapan, Florida, is truly designed to make paradise feel like home. Located just a fifteen-minute drive from the West Palm Beach airport, Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa overlooks the serene Atlantic Ocean. From the moment you exit your vehicle upon arrival, you are overcome with a breath of fresh air, undoubtedly thinking, “I am in for an amazing time,” and your stay is ensured to live up to this.
My husband and I were greeted by the resort staff as soon as we walked in the door, all of whom were pleasant and welcoming. The lobby itself felt comfortable and warm, overlooking the grounds as well as the ocean. This resort is designed in three towers, the left, right, and center. We stayed in a gorgeous king room located on the sixth floor of the center tower, with a stunning view of the oasis that is Eau Palm Beach.
One of the highlights of the resort, though there are many, is the adult only infinity pool. This pool offers a tranquil experience and is a seeming extension of the ocean that lies just ahead of it. There is an additional family pool that is open for all guests to enjoy, elaborating on the idea that Eau Palm Beach has a little something for everyone who chooses to stay there. Lounge chairs were offered in abundance, and there was never a moment where I felt that I was searching for help in finding what I needed to maximize my experience. The staff displayed a strong sense of attentiveness and kindness, as they were always greeting those around them and offering their service to anyone who requested it. It is this impeccable assistance and attention to detail that helped emphasize the luxurious feeling of staying at a five-star resort.
I had the pleasure of meeting with Samantha Goldberg, their Catering Manager and Wedding Specialist, Michelle Phillips, their Director of Marketing and Branding, and Jackie Valls, their Public Relations & Social Media Manager who gave me more insight into the magic that can be held at the Eau Palm. They gave me an amazing tour of the resort, helping me visualize the weddings and events that can be hosted there. The tour began with showcasing the grand ballrooms, which are of different sizes, giving the Eau Palm the ability to cater to any number of guests, from an intimate gathering to a grand celebration. I learned that the resort could cater the entirety of any event, and they even have special catering packages for weddings, cocktail hour, the after party, and everything in between, as they work with some of the top vendors in the area.
The Eau Spa, located on property, is a hidden treasure. I would never have expected to see such a retreat, filled with luscious greenery, peaceful fountains, and a space for everyone's relaxation dreams to come true. The garden in the spa also has the capacity to become a venue for a wedding ceremony, adding to the multi-functionality and allure of the Eau Palm Beach experience. I also had the pleasure of meeting Tim Nardi, the General Manager, who, like all other staff, made the Eau Palm experience the most memorable. From the proposal, to the ceremony, to the send-off brunch, this resort lends itself beautifully to special moments.
Whether staying at the Eau for an intimate honeymoon, an extravagant 50th birthday celebration, or the wedding of your dreams, all guests will certainly find that their every wish can be fulfilled. With the property being inspired by a feeling of Santorini-meets-Capri-meets-Palm Beach, my stay was an absolute world-class experience.
