Despite living on small 12-mile long Hilton Head Island and having the same circle of friends, somehow their paths never crossed.
That was until one summer Ashley and Greg met at the local restaurant Greg had worked as a teenager. There was an initial spark upon meeting, followed by a deep connection for years to come.

Ashley went back to school in New York City, and they remained very close friends. It wasn’t until a couple years later, when they decided to take their relationship to the next level, and as Ashley remarks "it has been an amazing journey as best friends ever since."
Greg and Ashley got engaged in Paris, while on an incredible vacation visiting Europe. During a stroll along the Seine River, Greg got down on one knee and proposed in front of the famous Musée d'Orsay.
They had the engagement party at Charlie’s L’etoile Verte, the French restaurant they had encountered each other one summer years ago.
