Recently, Executive Chef Nick Weber hosted an immersive chef’s table experience at the company’s newest state-of-the-art facility. Focusing on culinary luxury, guests were offered a tour of the venue, specialty cocktails, and a multi-course menu inspired by the season’s best produce. They were also given an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the talented team in action, as chefs prepared each dish right in front of the diners.
Some of the evening’s dishes included tai snapper crudo, rhubarb emulsion, pickled green plum, cherry blossoms, and rice cracker; California lamb saddle, charred eggplant puree, shishito peppers, pecorino, and toasted almonds; and abalone congee, mushrooms, wild ramps, crispy chili garlic, and brown butter egg yolk. Although the chef’s table is currently an invitation-only event, it will soon be open to the public, so everyone can enjoy the immersive experience of fine dining by 24 Carrots.
In the meantime, for those in the middle of their wedding planning process, 24 Carrots offers incredible private menu tastings unlike any other. Rather than serving mere samples from set menu options, the team collaborates with couples to create a customized wedding menu.
While joined by a personal Event & Design Specialist and a private server, clients are served the exact meal their guests will be dining on for the big day. What’s more, 24 Carrots also provides full table décor mockups with tableware and linens, so couples can see and experience the exact ambiance they can expect to enjoy. The best part? After savoring a wide variety of gourmet foods, the leftovers will be packed up to take home!
